If your google wave feedback and suggestions forum is any indication, nobody that matters is ever going to read this post, but i’l do it anyway.
Holy crap guys, this is a HORRIBLE system. For anyone who hasn’t been forced to beta the new youtube (Yes, forced) your going to get one hell of a shock one day. Say goodbye to stars. Now instead of seeing how many stars a video has been given, all you get to know is wether most people liked a video, or if most of them disliked a video.
that’s it! There’s no gauge anymore. No stars, you just get to thumb up a video, or thumb it down.
Oh, and it looks like shit too.

Most of Google AdWords Case Dismissed

Google is currently facing 10 trademark infringement cases stemming from AdWords. No court has yet definitively ruled on whether using a brand name to trigger a search ads infringes trademark. The one case to go to trial, a lawsuit by insurance company Geico against Google, resulted in a victory for Google in 2004. In that case, a judge in Alexandria, Va. ruled that Geico had not proven that consumers were confused when they typed “Geico” into a search box and were served with ads for other insurance companies.

Google Chrome now third most popular browser

Google’s Chrome browser has overtaken Apple’s Safari browser to become the world’s third most popular browser behind Firefox and Internet Explorer.
The feat, which has been achieved in just 16 months since its launch in 2008, comes as Microsoft’s IE browsers continue to lose market share.
