May 11th
NBC News is reporting Elena Kagan is Barack Obama’s nominee to replace the liberal lion, Justice John Paul Stevens. Kagan is a remarkably poor choice.

Isabella dethroned Emma as the top name for girls born last year, according to the Social Security Administration’s annual list of most popular baby names, released Saturday.

Polling was conducted before Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed an immigration bill into law that requires police officers in that state to question a person about their immigration status if they appear to be in the U.S. illegally.
